I brush my teeth once every day before I go to bed, I also drink alot of water. I’m going to start brushing twice and flossing and I know it will help. However, my teeth are really disgusting. My parents won’t let me use the crest white-strips apparently… I don’t know why. So is there any kind of home remedy for having whiter teeth besides brushing and flossing more often?

Just rub ur teeth with lemon juice or strawberries or hydrogen peroxide or baking powder (mixed with a bit of water) & expose to sunlight for about 15 min. every day.

Whiter teeth can be obtained by dipping a toothbrush in a bottle of hydrogen peroxide before brushing, or by purchasing tooth whitening toothpaste. Take steps to whiten teeth like brushing with a water and baking soda mix with ideas from a licensed dental assistant in this free video on dental hygiene.

Im not interested in whitestrips or proffesionally whitened or paying $10 for toothpaste, whats the best and cheapest way to get whiter teeth?

As always prevention is best. Stay away from dark foods like coffee tea red wine etc.

As a dentist and from personal experience, use whitening strips. They are reasonably inexpensive and do the job.

Stay away from most other products unless you get the whitening from a dentist.

I’ve been using teeth whitening tooth paste like pearl drops etc but nothing does seem to work. I don’t smoke so it isn’t due to that, but i’d like to get whiter teeth without changing my diet and lifestyle. Any tips?

Well if that’s not working then you might have to get them professionally whitened by a dentist. But continue brushing your teeth with that toothpaste. You should also sprinkle some baking soda on top of the toothpaste and then brush regularly. Hopefully you will see results after that.

See I’m on my Christmas break from school, and i don’t go back to the 5th, when i go back i really want to have wither teeth. Because my teeth make me feel really self conscious.
