Im not interested in whitestrips or proffesionally whitened or paying $10 for toothpaste, whats the best and cheapest way to get whiter teeth?
As always prevention is best. Stay away from dark foods like coffee tea red wine etc.
As a dentist and from personal experience, use whitening strips. They are reasonably inexpensive and do the job.
Stay away from most other products unless you get the whitening from a dentist.
keep smiling

Hey guys! I surfed the web and found that this product mentioned in the title is a very good gel for whitening the teeth… I bought and tried it but i think im not doing it properly. ^^
How much do you apply on the mouth guard and how long do you guys recommend?
-Thanks
Very little on the mouthguard, because even if you put a lot it will get squeezed out resulting in :
1. You will run out too soon
2. The squeezed out material will get amudged all over the gum area and burn the area.

I regularly brush my teeth but they’re still not that white
I was wondering if people could give me any tooth whitening tips you might know of?
I had the same dilemma. I regularly brushed my teeth and really didn’t want to spend money on dentist whitening. So after doing a little research on the topic i discovered that mixing peroxide and baking soda really does work. i was a little dubious to try it but im glad i did. Take a cup and pour in about a teaspoon of baking soda in it. then pour in a little bit of peroxide like you would put on a cut. Mix it up and put it n your tooth brush. I will taste bad. Then brush your teeth with it for a couple of minutes then rinse. Then brush your teeth with regular fluoride toothpaste. don’t use the baking soda as a substitute for toothpaste it will whiten your teeth but wont keep it healthy like the fluoride toothpaste or protect from cavity’s or plaque build up. you’ll see immediate results after about a week your teeth will e several shades lighter.

That would depend on where you shop. Just go to the store and look at the prices to find the cheapest. However, you are asking the wrong question. To get good value for your money, you should be asking which tooth bleaching gel is the most efffective. My patients and I have tried many products and as far as the over-the-counter products go, the Rembrandt tooth whiteners are the best value I have found so far.

I always hear about the professional teeth bleaching that can be done at the dentist..either the trays or the brightsmile thing (machine) at the dentist (cannot recall what machine is called). What was your experience, was it worth the hundreds of dollars that the insurance unfortunately does not pay)???? Did it get much whiter?
it does get whiter but not a whole lot.

I had the trays once but they didnt make the entire tooth white, as if the product didnt cover the entire tooth, it wasnt uniform. will the laser (i think its laser), the one time whitening be better at making the teeth all white?
it’s too darn expensive. If you are looking for the best teeth whitening, check out this

You’ll get a white and bright smile just in 1-2 days and it’ll last for 6 months or longer. And it’s easy, fast and safe for your teeth.

Benjamin Fiss, DDS offers general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry in his Chicago practice. Among one of his most popular procedures is tooth whitening.
To take years off your smile, Teeth whitening can provide excellent results. There are two different methods. Both are great yet they just work at different speeds.
Zoom Bleaching takes a two-hour office visit. It begins with a short prep to cover the lips and gums leaving just the teeth exposed. Zoom gel is placed on the teeth and then the Zoom light activates the gel to whiten your teeth. Here are some Zoom Teeth Whitening before and after photos.
Making Night White Take Home Trays begins by making molds of a patients mouth. These clear trays are formed from the models. When the trays are filled with the whitening gel, you wear them one hour per day for seven to ten consecutive days for the best results.
I have always provided the finest general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry throughout Chicago for all of my patients. My goal is to Change lives, one smile at a time.
