Teeth Whitening>>>@@@???!!!?
so im graduating in a couple of months and my teeth are a little yellow so i was wondering if anyone knows any quick teeth whitening products that are effective…because honestly i don’t want to have to go to the dentist and get them done because i herd it was quit costly…so any help would be greatly appreciated:)
thanks Jake
Crest. Dentists recommend it and it’s approved by the ADA – American Dental Association
straight Baking Soda mixed with table salt Save your money on the others! I’ve used it for years, have white teeth, hardly any decays (1 in 15 years) and good gum and I’m in my 60s. If you rethink Fluoride, then think of this … if someone is unfortunately burned in a fire, what survives that fire? Some bone perhaps, but always some teeth! Enamel is extremely hard, so I have talked to my dentist about this and told him straight out I don’t believe in the Fluoride treatment because it can’t get through the enamel. He had to agree with me! He told me whatever I was doing to keep doing it and when I told him what I used he was very surprised.

I think Crest Whitestrips are noticeably effective within like a month, and they’re around 40 bucks a box, I’m pretty sure. Good luck

Crest white strips worked well for me, but they did make my teeth sensitive temporarily

Crest White Strips are a bit pricey but work extremely well, as long as you follow the directions. Best of luck!

You should use baking soda. If you brush your teeth with baking soda, it will taste horrible and make your breath smell not so good but follow up with tooth past after using it, and will get rid of the yellow.

use these:
crest white strips
crest extra whitening toothpaste
and crest whitening mouth wash
your teeth will phenomenal
(and be really healthy too)
don’t:
drink teas, coffee, dark sodas, anything else that will stain your teeth.
*don’t smoke or dip.*
and my dentist said actually anything hot. (including hot cocoa)
because teeth, like skin, have pores and warmth opens your pores (staining them).
….the baking soda thing doesn’t work. what works, just like anything else, is consistency. there is no ‘quick fix’ it’s just like a clean face, continually taking care of it.
i promise if you use those products and just keep up nice maintenance, you’ll be good.
good luck!

I personally went to the dentist and now they are gorgeous.
However, my sister uses colgate strips and hers are very nice.
This is what she does…
(However, I dont know if it’s good to do that to your teeth…)
1) Rinse with straight Hydrogen Peroxide.
Rinse with Listerine
2) Scrub with Salt Paste
3) Brush Teeth
4) Scrub with Baking Soda
5) Use Colgate Strips
6) Scrub with Salt Paste
7) Brush Teeth Regulary
She said that she does this every day for 10 days leading up to any big event.
She also said that she brushes her teeth after every meal and uses a pre and after rinse.
Again, I do not know if any of this is safe, but I do know that it shows on her teeth.
Hope this helps at least some.
Happy Whitening!!!

Please NOTE teeth whitening is not a cure for discoloured teeth. This is a treatmtent, has to be repeated after some time because these teeth will go back to the orignal shade.Your problem can be corrected depending on the severity of discolouration…

Crest Whitening Strip Will run you 50-80 Dollars.
Professional Whitening done by your dentist can cost you up to 500-800 dollars.
I recommend combining two trial offers to get enough product to actually whiten your teeth effectively.
That method cost about $5.. Definitely worth it to order two trials online and not pay the outrageous prices for Whitening Strips that barely work or a visit to the dentist.

Everyone loves a dazzling, bright smile. And in recent years, a great deal of focus has been placed not only on the ideal shape and uniformity of our teeth, but also their color.
No matter how healthy your teeth may seem, discolored or stained teeth can make you feel uncomfortable and self-conscious. There are various causes of tooth discoloration; it can be caused by medication such as antibiotics or an excessive intake of fluoride. But the most common contributing factor to stained teeth is usually attributed to the daily onslaught of coffee, soft drinks, nicotine, alcohol and food. Over time, the surface enamel begins to crack and erode, causing stains and discoloration.
The obvious solution to this problem is a teeth whitening treatment, and there are several brands available on the market, employing different techniques. It can be somewhat confusing when deciding which of these methods is best suited to your needs.
I recommend you the best product for teeth whitening because i personaly use it, also you mention cost in your question. don’t worry if you live in U.S,Canada and E.U countries you take this product’s free trial…… here’s the website http://tinyurl.com/yd2msv5
